01My Discord role has not appeared

Confirm you joined the correct Bunker server and that the Discord account shown on your Account page is the one you use there.
02I cancelled my membership

Your access remains active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that, Bunker Premium is removed automatically.
03My payment did not complete

Return to Services and try again. Your purchase will be added as soon as your payment is confirmed.
04I signed into the wrong Discord account

Sign out on the Account page, then restart Discord login and choose the correct account.
